Never in American History has one Governor so blatantly stolen Billion$ right in front of the incredulous public. The FRAUD is so grandious and blatantly obvious that even the BIDEN ADMIN could not ignore it and opened a DOJ Investigation in what they considered a massive, egregious crime.
