No real cop is going to delay engaging an active shooter in a school. These cops were intimidated by the FBI and told to stand down and not let anyone try to stop the carnage. The story still keeps changing daily, and will until the truth is exposed.
You are correct, none of this is adding up. If it was real, the medical response would have been completely different with a flood of ambulances and life flight helicopters and a Fire Dept response that would have been huge.
