Harry Foster probably put these together himself in L.A. He was a big Flat Track enthusiast and with Jim Kelly wrenching and tuning, became famous for their Triumphs with Mike Haney, a top Ascoteer and National rider and winner. Jim Kelly eventually swapped to XR750s where he again was a very successful, top tuner of the Mark, with Springer twistin' the throttle.
