Good Luck Ronnie Jones

By far the best news lately is that Ronnie Jones, a celebrated star of our sport, is now the Senior Director of AMA Pro Flat Track. That is one sweet title and I am sure he will do it justice. Working with the dynamo Steve Morehead, the future of Flat Track is in very good hands. Ronnie has been back racing recently and earned a strong 11th place in the 2014 Calistoga Grand National 1/2 Mile and was flying at the Springfield Mile. I guess this will curtail his racing but to have such an experienced racer and prior promoter of Grand Nationals at the helm is fantastic for the sport.
