Shayna Texter trumps them in Tucson

Shayna Texter rode the wheels off her DFW Honda 450 and won the Main with a last corner banzai move that had the whole crowd on their feet and holding their breathe. Tucson suited her full throttle style and she put it up front in her heat and took off from pole in the Main. She fought for a nice gap on the field only to have it relinquished twice when the slippery track got the better of two of her competitors. She got swamped on the last restart and battled her way back to second and on the last corner of the last lap, with the whole place cheering her on, she pitched it in under 74z Rod Spencer and made it stick and led under the checkers.
That was an incredible performance and despite her size and that she's a girl, she proved once again she is a RACER !
