It had to be tried and it didn't work. The first big Japanese Four, the Honda 750, seemed to have it all, performance and reliability. Just what you need in a Grand National Flat Tracker. Getting the thing to hook up was the big problem. If Rick Hocking couldn't get it to work ,it wasn't going to happen.
