Wow ! The photos of Jimmy's get off on the Sideblog are incredible. I was right there having just taken the bottom photo. Jimmy was on it, really going for it. He was up high in the cushion and it got the better of him. Trying to recover from a quick full lock snap, the bars locked left and the front wheel chattered and pitched him off, shooting him along the ground like a spinning torpedo. Fortunately out of the trajectory of the moon launch the bike was on. We heard he was Life Flighted to a second hospital, so now we are greatly relieved to read his hospital stay was short.
