Wheelie Wednesday

Miller salutes us with his fairwell to MotoGP Stoppie.
Gary Scott wheelies his Triumph 750 across the finish line for another win at Ascot. Ascot was rad, the spectating was World Class, Best Ever. The Seats were right on the track. There wasn't a bad seat in the house. Turn One Fans were always kitted out with goggles and clear shields for protection from flying mud clods. The Sprint Cars spray mud like a 50 cal machine gun. The bikes not so much but be prepaired to be pelted. You see the guy in the red shirt on the fence by the start line. Thats a megga exciting place to be. You could go right down and watch the bikes line up on the grid and see the start, 6 feet away from the front row. And then stay right there while 20 bikes come by wide open at 100 mph. We liked to stand on the fence that wrapped around turn four a bit. It was elevated ten feet or so and right on the track. You could see the whole track perfectly as well as being close up to the action. When it was time for the Main we would head there to be thrilled and amazed.
