SVG - Hill Chicagoland Incident Called Racing Incident By Nascar. No Penalties.

Looked to me like Hill pulled down to block and got whacked and spun. Austin "Spud" Hill then came back and clobbered SVG in the left front ( strangely no penalty for that), thankfully doing no damage except to himself for being a spoiled dickhead. Hill is filling in for their injured drive. Spud should be kicked out and sent back to O'Riellys to crash some more.
