If you live in the N.W., I hope you had the pleasure of knowing the late, great Bud England of Milwaukie, Oregon. Bud was first a gentleman and a scholar and then a motorcycle enthusiast of the best kind. He had a life long passion of two wheels, riding and working on them. He had a collection of classics and modern bikes which he shared with friends. Often he called to see if my dad and I wanted to go for a Sunday cruise up along the Clackamas River and surrounds. We would arrive at Bud and Tiny's house and he would be in the driveway with three of his beautiful bikes, ready to go. We would ride for a hundred plus mile jaunt through God's Country, swapping bikes and enjoying every moment. Some of my fondest memories indeed, shared with two guys I really appreciated.
