The Bean Bandits of San Diego have been purveyours of high speed since the very early days of the Speed Trials at El Mirage and Bonneville. They are a large group of enthusiasts who all live with raw speed in their DNA. Held on the sunny shores of San Diego Bay,the 75th Anniversary Party celebrated their long involvement in Lakes Racing and the crowd was full of Old Timers and young Speed Freaks who will keep the throttle pinned down that black line, in their hand built, High Speed Specials.
