Obviously, he is a Fed Plant in the False Flag.

The video of him telling people they all must breach the Capitol Bldg and the crowd pointing at him and yelling FED ! FED! FED! is enough to put him away for a long time ( by their own action of what has been done to complete innocents ). The Criminal Christopher Ray needs to explain this in light of what we now know about the FBI and them admitting they had maybe 200 Feds in the crowd instigating violence. 

This is just more proof the FBI is a vast and vile criminal enterprise.
