Portland's Annual Alley Sweeper is a full day of fun, riding 100 miles of back alleys on a run what ya brung hodge podge of two wheeled wonders in typical irreverent PDX fashion. Dirt bikes, mini-bikes and scramblers prevailed. The event always starts with the ring off fire jump and this guy was one of the very first, ending up in a pile on the pavement but, quickly back up and on his way in true Sweeper 'tude.
Hoards of mini-bikes with no plates what so ever. You don't need a plate ? This is Portland man, lawless !
At least you can still smoke outside in Oregon
They have had a few incidents with home owners who do understand the Alleys are public thoroughfares.
