Aerodynamics play a major role in MotoGP and wings and things were an item of intense interest at the recent Misano test. Aprilia tested both high speed and low speed wings for different tracks.
Maverick is not used to all this tech but appreciates the extra grip in the high speed corners where it helps the most.
