I wish someone would bump the bars back up into position. They were drooping down like this when I looked at the bike at Red Rock Harley's fantastic Flat Track and Board Track display, ten years ago. The bike has an 18" front wheel and a 19" on the back which was probably put on for the Sedalia Mile which was its last race and Win. For Half-Miles they probably ran an 18" rear too.
