'41 FL Climber

All of these nice Harley shots are courtesy of Tom Ferguson who made a trip to Mathews Harley Davidson, Fresno, Calif. Tom and his mother "Dimple" were in the Central Valley for a family affair and dropped by Mathews to check out their incredible inner sanctum which features a stunning array of  the shop's past competition bikes and old treasures. Dimple is seen here looking at the Knucklehead Climber. She is well familiar with FLs as she spent many wonderful  times cruising on the back of husbands to be version. He and his brother went and bought brand new FLs on the same day. They loved those bikes and it was a huge part of their lives until the younger brother was sadly killed on his. Dimple and Tom's dad understandably lost interest after the tragedy and forgot about  motorcycles until teenage son Tom was bitten by the racing bug. Now Dimple is a seasoned Flat Track Mom and has been to many race tracks, rooting on her son to multiple Championships.
