Jeff became famous as the Honda 50 wheeling kid in the start "On Any Sunday".
He was at Saddleback just mucking around and Bruce Brown filmed him.
As a kid, he cut his racing teeth racing the local short tracks and TTs and was a champion as a toddler.
His nick name was the "Flying Freckle"
