The Hooligan Class was formulated so you could do exactly what #62 did to his Scrambler. Throw on Class "C" wheels and tires and go Flat Trackin'. The rules say Production Frame and 750 and larger and the rest is wide open but, maybe not necessary. Stock Ducati Scramblers are very competitive, in fact, a Rookie Hooligan Racer riding a stock Scrambler won the Bolsa Chica last race of the season. With so many Scramblers out there, hopefully this last Hooligan race win inspire a whole bunch of the Scrambleriti to go Hooligan Racing next year.
