Briar Bauman was flying on one of Dave Zanotti's beautiful XR750s. I don't know what this means exactly but, maybe there is an open seat on The Zanotti Team now that Baker has vacated the Motor Companies Factory Race Team. Could H.D. be giving the ride to Jake Johnson who absolutely impressed when sitting in for an injured Baker. Personally, I would have more faith in one of Dave's rides than the V & H fettled XRs. We will see in a short time, I am sure.
Race Engineer Michele DiSalvo was handling the XR for Briar. Michele is a Flat Tracker of note herself and you couldn't ask for anyone better to strategize and take care of the details of the machine than Michele.
