Renault Dauphine at Bonneville

This is the beauty of Bonneville and the SCTA Salt Flats Speed Week, there is a class for everything.
The Dauphine was one of the slowest cars in America when it was imported in the 50s. Road and Track magazine claimed it took 32 seconds to reach 60 mph. They sold a total of 2 million worldwide and everyone of those owners wished it would go faster. A large hop-up industry in France provided go fast goodies for them and I am sure this little blue Salt Flat Flyer has them all.
