Joe Kopp will have the distinction of the inaugural ride on the rebirth of the WigWam's official racing effort. Joe won Ducati's first AMA National at the Arizona Mile and I can't see any reason why he couldn't do it again for Indian at Santa Rosa. Bryan Smith and Mees might not agree but fairy-tale dreams do come true on special occasions. Kopp has the drive and the skills to make it happen and the Indian must surely be up to the task or test rider Mees and the Indian chiefs would not be so enthusiastic about getting it in the fray.
