The Spanish have always taken to Flat Track since Kenny Roberts went over there and set up a track to get our sport started in Europe. Now they have a brand new series and five new 1/4 mile Dirt Tracks. They got on Google Earth and digitally mapped the Lodi Speed Bowl and replicated it in five different cities. Brad was invited for the opener and I watched it live on Motobuykers.com. Baker was a good sport and didn't take off and smoke'em completely. Brad looked great on a Noyes Camp Kawi. When the AMA GNC 2016 is complete, Brad hopes to return to Spain for the last two races in their series.
Young Ollie Brindley from Great Britain rode to a fine third place. The kid is a charger and will be competing in GNC2 here in the States in 2017. He should have a lot of fun and get some great results.
Here is Brindley #24I (International) in his Pro Debut at Perris, California, last year. It was the $10K race Prior to the National at Sacramento. He was banging bars with our top Pros and impressed everybody with his skills and racing talents.
Brad really likes Spain for obvious reasons.
Next Round July 30th, Madrid
