One of the many cool aspects of a SoCal Flat Track Assoc. race meeting, is getting to see Jeff Johnson ride.
Jeff is a Pro rider from a few years ago now but he seems to be getting smoother and more stylish and faster than ever. This is Jeff on his new Bomber Class Yamaha 500. What would be really fun but impossible, is a race between Jeff on his old stock framed '65 Triumph and Jeff on this new Yamaha. Most folks would think a 750 Triumph is a big motor for small tracks like Perris. Jeff would absolutely wail around small bull rings ,like the Del Mar Short Track on his screamin' Trumpet. One can dream.
