A heavy mist descended on the Santa Rosa Mile just before the Mains.This soaking mist saturated the track to the point of making it unrideable. High speed and mud don't mix. Points were allotted to the riders as they would have lined up for the Mains which were earned spots from the Dash and Heats. Under the circumstances ,seems fair to me. Brad Baker now leads Bryan Smith by 17 points. On to Pomona for the big showdown.
