In 1967 Los Angelino Lance Weil ,took his 883 Sportster and his Stars and Stripes Bell Magnum to England to compete at their short circuit events where he immediately had victories in the 1000cc class at Lydden, Brands Hatch, Mallory Park and Oulton Park.
