I saw this shot of Pre Dakar practice and I'm jonesing to get out and ride some washes.
South of Ocatillo and the 8 we have some awesome white sand washes that go for miles and miles.
The wind blows east at night and flattens them out perfectly smooth. You can bomb the corners with big beautiful feet up slides.
