Stretch Hateley

Flat Track Racing is an extreme physical challenge and the ability to perform at your own 100% effort through the whole program is without doubt a major contributor to your finishing position. Hanging your left leg out there for 10, 15 and especially 25 laps on a cold night or a hot afternoon ,ain't easy. Most great Racers are continually stretching ,keeping loose and pliable. Rossi always does his squat ( and I think a little prayer) before the start and John Hateley always gets ready with his own routine.
