Floating over water or land is no problem for the I-CAC. With 16,000 Horsepower from 4 huge Turbines, it can spin 360s on it own axis and can fly across the water ( when its smooth ) at 100 MPH. Manned by a crew of five who have to be in their cabin when operating so they wont get sucked up against the air intakes. It can carry 13 Humvees or one Abrahms Tank.
