Rick Hocking has been a fixture in Flat Track Racing for what I figure to be five decades ! He has always been a hard charger and that has resulted in many victories and he has not lost any of his enthusiasm. He was a recent Saddlemen Vintage Champion and it was in this class practice at Pomona that he had this little bobble. Hauling ass on a Zanotti XR750, Rick went from a perfect slide to sliding along the track at ground level with hands on the bars and feet on the pegs, all in a split second. He recovered from this mishap to finish a strong third in the Saddlemen Main.
