1970 Trans Am Chevy Camaro Z28

The Trans Am Series was a Golden Era in American Road Racing when the Big Three battled each other on the weekends for sales of their Pony Cars on Mondays. This was the Chevy Factory Team in 1970. GM's answer to Carroll Shelby was Jim Hall, a cool Texan who had wowed the racing world with his Chaparral Sports Cars. With the might of GM behind him ,he still couldn't beat the rough and tumble team of Parnelli Jones and George Follmer in their bad ass Boss 302 Mustangs. All of the top contenders in Trans Am are wicked pieces of equipment, snarling, bellowing bare knuckles brawlers. To see a whole field of these cars go at it in earnest, is an absolute joy to behold.
