Pecco Bagnaia Ducati had to fend off seven passes by Marc Marquez in the last two laps of the Tissot MotoGP.
On all seven attempts Marquez went in too hot and Bagnaia cut back inside and retained his lead.
Marquez's final and seventh attempt saw him go out of bounds and into a trailing position he could not recover from.
